How can I invest in CFD?

The term CFD refers to a contract which settles a difference. In practice, this means that a CFD instrument does not directly trade in a given asset (for example, shares of a particular firm), but copies the price of the underlying asset. Thus, the client does not trade in the asset itself, but "speculates" on a decrease or increase of its price.

How do I trade with Financial Leverage?

You can trade CFD contracts with leverage up to 1:30. The margin required to open a trading position depends on the market capital, liquidity and volatility of a particular instrument.

What is the purpose of Financial Leverage?

We characterize it as a use of debt to purchase assets in order to increase the return on investment. In practice, this means that you can carry out transactions that are much larger than the amount you have decided to invest. However, it should be noted that financial leverage can increase potential profit but also potential loss.

What does the term Lot mean?

This term characterizes a standardized unit of quantity. One lot represents a significant amount of controlled assets, so large brokers offer their clients lower lot units as mini or micro lots.

The mini lot (0.1) represents 10,000 currency units

The micro lot (0.01) represents 1000 currency units
